Scheduling a campaign experience to go live at midnight while the Strapi entry publishes separately
The campaign hero must be live at 00:00 on launch day, sharp. Legal signs off day before, editors publish the Strapi entry that evening.
The personalized variants live in a Croct experience. Right now the plan is someone stays up and clicks publish at midnight, which I would like to avoid.
Two questions. Can the experience itself be scheduled to activate at a set time? And is it safe to publish the Strapi entry hours ahead, or does that leak the campaign early

Yes to both, nobody needs to stay up.
Publishing supports scheduling: you set the activation time when publishing the experience, and it moves to the Scheduled status until that moment, then activates automatically. Scheduled publishing is part of the Scale plan, so check which plan your workspace is on; if you are on Scale it is right there in the publish flow.
On the second question, pre-publishing the Strapi entry is safe as long as the campaign content lives in the experience variants rather than in the default entry. Until the experience activates, visitors see the default Strapi content for that slot, so nothing leaks. The sequence for your timeline:
- Evening before: editors publish the Strapi entry as usual (default content unchanged or updated as needed).
- Same evening: schedule the experience for 00:00.
- Midnight: the experience activates on its own and the campaign hero goes live.
