Can I schedule an experience to go live at midnight for a campaign?
Hello everyone, I plan our campaigns several weeks ahead and I am preparing a January sale that starts at midnight on the 15th. What I would like to confirm:
- Can a Croct experience be scheduled to publish automatically at a specific date and time?
- If not, what is the recommended workflow so nobody has to be awake at midnight clicking publish?
I saw an experience status called Scheduled somewhere in the dashboard so I assume it exists, but I could not find where to set it up. Thanks in advance for any pointers

You saw right, Scheduled is one of the experience statuses (the full set is Draft, Active, Paused, Scheduled, and Archived). The reason you cannot find the setup is that scheduled publishing is part of the Scale plan, so it only appears there. Experiment scheduling also exists as part of the A/B testing feature set.
On other plans the workflow is: build the experience as a Draft, get it reviewed and approved ahead of time, then publish it manually when the campaign starts. Publishing and pausing are dashboard actions that any marketer on the team can do, no deploy or code change involved, so the midnight step is literally one click by whoever draws the short straw.
If midnight launches are a recurring thing for you, it may be worth asking about Scale. For a one-off, prepping the draft in advance and clicking publish at 00:00 works fine.
Thank you Priya, that clears it up. We have three launches like this planned for next year so I will bring up Scale with our account owner. For January the draft plus one click approach will do nicely.
