Does the Croct tag pick up site search and wishlist events, or only ecommerce?
Our data layer already pushes engagement events. site search, wishlist adds, that kind of thing, alongside the usual ecommerce pushes
I want to build audiences around those, so I need to know which ones the Croct tag actually consumes before I plan anything. Is it ecommerce only or does it read the engagement stuff too

The tag listens to all of Google's recommended events, the same list in the GA4 reference, not just ecommerce. That set includes the engagement events you mentioned, so site search and wishlist adds are both mapped, along with the ecommerce, lead generation, and user acquisition families. You can see the full mapping in the Google Tag Manager integration docs.
Those events feed Croct signals and audiences in real time, so you can build audiences on search or wishlist behavior directly.
Anything outside the recommended-event set is not auto-mapped, but you can still send it as a custom event through the SDK when you need signals the recommended list does not cover.
