# Croct + ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo tells you which company is on your site. Croct acts on it, changing what that company
sees in real time. Outbound gets the visitor to the page. This is what keeps them from bouncing
once they arrive.

## What it does

- Adapts your core value proposition when a visitor from a target industry arrives.
- Adapts the message to where the account sits in its journey, from first touch to ready to
  buy.
- Swaps customer logos and testimonials for the ones that account will recognize.
- Builds audiences from firmographics such as industry, company name and employee count,
with no developer involvement after setup.

## How it works

ZoomInfo identifies the account and passes its firmographic attributes into the Croct profile.
You build audiences from those attributes, choose the slots that should adapt, write the content
for each audience, preview it and publish. From there the decision happens on the server, per
request.

ZoomInfo usually takes a moment to evaluate a visitor, so plan for these experiences to activate
on the pageviews after the first one in a session.

## Setup

Make sure ZoomInfo WebSights is enabled, with Website Personalization activated in your domain
settings. Then map the attributes you want into the Croct profile and build your audiences from
them.

Setup is one command, `npx croct@latest init`, which installs the SDK, wires the provider
and generates TypeScript types for every slot. Official SDKs cover Next.js, React, Vue,
Nuxt, JavaScript, PHP, Laravel, Symfony, Drupal, and Shopify Hydrogen. Most teams are live
the same day, and the forever-free plan needs no credit card or commitment.

## Frequently asked questions

### What does this add to ZoomInfo?

ZoomInfo is built to identify the account. It is not a content delivery engine. Croct closes
that gap, turning the attributes into value propositions, hero sections, logo clouds and
testimonials that change per account in real time.

### Which attributes can I use?

The firmographics ZoomInfo resolves, including industry, company name and employee count, are
mapped into the Croct profile and become available to audiences and to content.

### Is the data available on the first pageview?

Usually not. ZoomInfo takes a moment to evaluate the visitor, so these experiences typically
activate on later pageviews in the session.

### How much development work does it take?

Next to none after setup. Audiences and content are managed in the Croct interface.

### What does it cost?

The forever-free plan covers 10,000 monthly active users with 3 content slots and 1
experience or experiment, and needs no credit card. Growth starts at $100 per month billed
annually for 20,000 monthly active users. Scale is custom.
