📌You'll work directly with the Head of Sales and Croct’s founders to contribute to one of the most important KPIs of any startup: revenue.
As part of the job, you will:
- Lead the pre-sales team (SDR)
- Support the sales and prospecting team in qualifying potential customers to drive sales more assertively
- Potentiate the results of the prospecting and sales area
- Apply commercial intelligence
- Manage sales funnel indicators (MQL, SQL, conversion)
- Map business opportunities in the market
- Search for expansion strategies, performing commercial actions and prospecting strategic markets
- Update the team about market news and trends
- Participate in strategic meetings with the sales team
What we seek:
- Experience leading a pre-sales team.
- Oral and written communication skills
- People management and conflict resolution skills
- Critical analysis and decision making
- Knowledge of sales methodologies (SPIN Selling, Solution Selling, etc.)
What we consider a preferable skill:
- Experience with software sales
