📌 You will work directly with the Head of Sales and Croct’s founders to contribute to one of the most important KPIs of any startup: revenue.
As part of the job, you will:
- Support the sales team on outbound strategies, lead generation efforts, and the negotiation process
- Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each opportunity moving forward
- Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
- Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify new leads
- Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to develop new leads and sales openings
- Collaborate with the sales team by bringing innovative lead generation ideas.
