CRO Specialist

As a CRO specialist, you should be analytical, detail-oriented, passionate about data, and have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). You'll be in direct contact with the technology, product, design, and sales team and work directly with the company's founders.

As part of the job, you will:
- Design, run and manage experiments and continuously improve the performance of both our and our customers marketing strategies across channels
- Perform UX reviews of landing pages and create hypotheses
- Communicate specifications to marketers, designers, and developers
- Monitor tests and results interpretation, as well as communicate the results of our test to stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product's strategy, go-to-market strategy, competitive analysis, and revenue analysis
- Analyze and extract marketing insights from various channels and analytics platforms
- Integrate product data, stakeholder ideas, and client feedback into requirements
- Deliver against target KPIs through continuous innovation, testing, and scaling of winning experiments.
We are seeking:
- Problem-solver and fail-fast mindset
- Strong creative and analytical mindset and constant desire to optimize; lives and breathes CRO
- 1-2 years experience with CRO, digital analytics, and performance marketing
- Ability to work on 3-5 clients at the same time
- Solid experience with AB testing
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpannel, FullStory, Segment, etc
- Good knowledge of paid advertising and SEO
- Ability to communicate effectively to make sure people know what you mean and avoid loss of time through miscommunications
- Interest in investigating different subjects and ability to translate abstract concepts into concise and understandable texts.
