# Will my content team need training to manage personalized Sanity content?

I run a small editorial team on Sanity and I am weighing up adding
personalization. My worry is less about the tech and more about my people. If
this means a steep learning curve and yet another tool for everyone to master
I have to plan for that.

So the honest question is how much ramp-up do my editors realistically face
once we turn this on. Are they learning a whole new system or is it closer to
what they already do.
